I have been buying from CD Japan for over 10 years. Excellent customer service and beautiful packing and fast delivery. I appreciate the different shipping options and prices and the ability to package my order into one shipment when ordering pre-orders with current stock.

I don't explain my score to 1-4 since you never change any think.I hot even sure you read this but 5-6 you must change the way your shipping department put invoice out the box. The custom see only prices not the check mark for "GIFT" since the invoice is folded inside the envelope. Yes the custom see the quantity and the prices but NOT the "Gift" mark. This is WRONG!

I was very disappointed to learn that I had lost my eligibility for a promotion simply because one of the items in my order was unexpectedly canceled. Although I understand that this condition is stated in your terms and conditions, I believe customers should be given the opportunity to add replacement items to their existing orders to maintain their promotional eligibility, especially when the cancellation was beyond their control. It seems unfair that customers should lose promotional benefits due to circumstances they did not cause and could not prevent. I strongly encourage your company to review this policy and implement a fairer solution to protect customers in similar situations.
