A brilliant service, cds always come well packaged unlike certain online companies and in excellent time, always cds come in excellent condition, unlike certain online companies where you can damaged cases.

FedEx is trying to charge me import duty even though the items are exempt, so I have filed a dispute. Items should have been packed in a taller, narrower box so that packing material could have been placed around edges. I don’t understand why CDJapan has been packing books in wide, flat boxes recently. On a separate order customer service tricked me into canceling an item so that increased shipping rates would apply, which absorbed most of the cost of the cancelled item.

As soon as I hear about a release that I might be interested in, I go to CDJapan to look it up and it’s usually there. I like the packaging and shipping options that I am allowed to choose and I appreciate having all the costs handled all at once, up front. I receive my orders on time per the tracking information, including the possible delays. I have never received a damaged product. Thank you.

The products are always excellent. I ordered a few backordered items that said 3-4 weeks arrival and was pleasantly surprised my order shipped in under a week. Customer support was prompt and helpful, as always.

Q3: I didn't get an email about the release of the item I bought - I subscribe to notifications of an artist who features in the magazine I bought (Ai Shinozaki). Q4: I've not used CDJapan customer services in a while, so can't judge.

There was a shipping cost change but information was clear and customer support staff provided information on time so there was no delivery delay.
