Not being able to prepay vat with Japan Post is troublesome. Customs apparently charge for each item/line, not hs code as it should be. Not CDJapans fault, but cheap delivery options keep getting less.

I need More info about CDs such as label, back side photos etc

I would appreciate it if more attention could be paid to the packaging of items, especially vinyl records. Although the outer shipping box arrived in perfect condition, the vinyl records inside were not secured firmly enough. As a result, the records appear to have moved around and repeatedly pressed against the inside of their sleeves during transit, causing the sleeves to split along the edges. For vinyl collectors, the condition of the sleeve is also a very important part of the item. Unfortunately, both vinyl records I received this time had some degree of sleeve splitting, even though the outer package itself was undamaged. I hope that future shipments of vinyl records can be packed with greater consideration for their particular characteristics, such as securing the records more firmly inside the package to prevent movement and damage during transit. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope this helps improve vinyl packaging for future orders.

I found that some CDs don't have product size data, but some do. Can we talk to the supplier to complete this data?

The information on the website regarding item availability needs improvement. It frequently happens that albums listed as available turn out to be out of stock upon purchase.

The shipping packaging could be a bit more sturdy.

I often check for new vinyl releases, and the only thing that sometimes annoys me is that they often lack a preview image or get uploaded later than on other websites. Also, the fact that—despite the really huge selection—it doesn't always have everything I’d like, such as the new Katamari vinyl.

包装很不错，物流也很快，里面的填充物如果再多一点会更好，在贵店购买了三次，体验都很好，效率也高，整体非常满意，最近一次购买杰伦的7-9专辑，其中依然范特西侧标上有点小痕迹，如果没有那就更完美了，我很忙那张专辑拿起时感觉里面好像有东西在响，有可能是歌词本，因为买来收藏所以也就没有拆开来看了，如果魔杰座能换成和其它专辑一样的规格那就好了，可惜后面10-15专辑不是每一张都有dvd。

The packaging designs across Jay Chou's CD series are inconsistent. Hope The Era will not follow Caparicorn style.
