Previously was unable to browse the website due to frequent rate limiting, although now I see this less often.
Lately I have been having problems using your website. Does your website have any know problems with the Chrome Browser? I will try using Firefox, but my preferred browser is Chrome.
Will be on the road for 5 months; so please stop sending me e-mails until March 15. Also, the last "delivery" for which I paid a fortune was left outside in the freezing rain and could have been easily place inside the storm door. Unaccepatable. MM

It would be great if the app could run faster. As a user in China, this app is extremely laggy for me; content loads with great difficulty, so I can only browse via the web version.

The automated estimation of shipping for packages especially through DHL has gotten worse in the recent months, the amounts are too high as it's using oddly shaped boxes in the estimations even for flat packages, which makes it impossible to use DHL due to the cost
Last time lp arrived with big seams split because it was not fixed in the box.only few points for the damage... it is not normal for the price we pay
