They have a great selection of items in stock and will do their best to find things for you via their proxy service, if they don’t have the item. The prices are great, the shipping is incredible. They’re very clear and prompt if you have questions or concerns-honestly they’re probably my favorite online shop ever!! Also I’ve gotten now, maybe 6 vinyl records from them and they all look like I went the shops and bought them there myself, not even the slightest damage to the sleeves (no bent corners). All the way from Japan to New Hampshire, USA. I love CdJapan!!!

If I want to send by airmail (cheaper delivery) I can't pay tax in advance. Why?

Please expand your inventory to include more alive the live cd titles

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding order #10115232397. I purchased a CD through your proxy service based on your explicit guarantee that it was in brand-new condition. However, the item I received has a severely faded obi strip. I have already requested either a 50% compensation or a full refund after I damage the CD, yet you have failed to provide any resolution to date. This situation leads me to believe that your proxy service is highly unprofessional. It is unacceptable that you cannot even identify a CD in normal condition before shipping it to a customer. Furthermore, your customer service team has been completely unresponsive and passive in handling my complaints. I urge you to investigate this matter immediately and provide the compensation I have requested without further delay.

Everything outside the delivery company having issues with its contacting towards me (and that was not an issue caused by CDJapan, I felt important to clarify that so it's not unclear since you asked about the delivery as well) went without issues so I am very satisfied with the handling of my order in general.

The web page can be made more useful. There are often cases of re-login.

App tends to have loading issues when going from one screen to another to the next, often resulting in lost selections or purchases.
