When the charge for shipping increased, it defaulted to charging my old card. That caused a delay as my new card worked fine and I had removed my old card.

Everything is very good, only your website sometimes gives me errors when I order, I don't know why it can take a day or two.

Would like to thank CDJapan for the upgraded packaging efforts that came with the paid extra protection option. FedEx also saw fit to smash this dispatch on multiple sides of the box. The extra protection helped to lessen the damages. The FedEx experience, however, was very disappointing, as they seem to be treating all their international dispatches very poorly, especially for their increasing shipping prices. It is unfortunate to see that to ship the same figure on CDJ with FedEx can cost ~$450, yet other shops offer the same figure for ~$100-$125 shipped. Am not sure if that is due to an error in the dimensions entered, but have seen multiple figures on the CDJ shop with what seems like over multiplied shipping dimensions (e.g. CM vs MM or an incorrect decimal placement increasing the shipping estimates by a significant amount). Miss ordering and shopping with CDJ, but still appreciate your shop, customer service and support. Thank you.

Would like to thank the CDJapan Customer Support Team for providing the additional information that FedEx deemed necessary for this dispatch to release the customs hold due to product composition details required, unlike the other order with the same figure that did not have to do this. The dispatch was released after about a week. Unfortunately, FedEx saw fit to use my dispatch as a step stool to stand on and smash their foot into the top of the box, thereby damaging the contents. As I had paid for the upgraded extra protection packing method, this helped to lessen the damages but not eliminate them. FedEx shipping has continued to become increasingly expensive on the CDJ site - 1x to 5x more expensive than other shops and they are treating their international dispatches very badly. Everything I have shipped recently with FedEx has arrived damaged. I do not fault CDJ for this, rather just wanted to relay the dissatisfaction with FedEx and extreme shipping costs for poor quality.

For past 20 years I tried to help improve the CDJapan system and service but nothing was done to improve. For today the prices way HIGH and invoices with prices outside the boxes is not requested in N.America. No pictures or sample tracks for new releases. The Amazon prices much lower.

I like the older emails for new CDs better, as they showed all of the upcoming releases as opposed to a selection and a link to view the rest.
