The package has not arrived. I ended up contacting FedEx on September 1st about this. Their CSR stated that you guys did not fill out some new form, that they contacted customer service, and used my surprise to dismiss my surprise by repeating FedEx’s policy change. Which had me let it slide because it was not the DHL situation. But did wish I was informed that said slip-up did happen. Because for me, it’s better than any compensations.

I got hit with customs charges and fees for my shipment of 3 SACDs last week, but I guess that's to be expected this days. There are extra charges for EVERYTHING. I probably just shouldn't buy anything mail-order anymore, but it's so hard to resist CD Japan goodies!

I really love the website, only suggestion I would make is to have some kind of "indicator" that would let a shopper know if they have already purchased an item so they do not accidentally purchase it twice. Other than that, you all are doing a spectacular job!

I got my last order completely wet (the whole parcel was wet) I don't know where it happened (Japan, Spain...) Nevertheless, the CDs were in perfect condition, so no problem at all.

It would be great if CDJapan introduces the option to prepay VAT for all shipping methods again.

I have no negative comments at all, CDjapan is super correct with everything.

As soon as I hear about an upcoming release by one of my favorite artists, I can find the item listed by CDJapan. I can count on the items being packaged tightly. I like receiving updates on my order, including the shipping and tracking information. I like the options of allowing CDJapan to handle all the additional taxes and fees in advance. My purchases are always delivered on time and safely. Thank you.

The box arrived damaged but the contents were OK. This probably happened in the UK.

Would it be possible to have a service where you can delay the delivery of items so that you can bundle more items into the delivery. (Especially for pre-orders)

Please add album cover images to your newsletter, it is not easy to read

Shopping costs are very high, even considering that orders are being shipped overseas.
