Please offer a Japan Post - Airmail with Insurance shipping to Australia. There is one which costs less than EMS. I do NOT need Express , I need Insurance so that if the parcel is lost or damaged I do not lose my Money , and by Japan Post please, because DHL waste my time waitng all Day to receive parcels from their Delivery Person. I want to collect Japan Post shipped from the Australia Post office.

Recently I am not able to place the order via your website and I have always ordered via your website since DAY 1. Later I realised I can only order via your app. Why am I not able to order via your website? Because of this I am not able to utilize the Royal customer promotion of �1500 discount. This is very disappointing

I'd like an option to default searches to new items instead of top items so I don't have to do searches twice since it puts more strain on the servers, because I always want the new item option

I mostly purchase classical SACDs. Sometimes it would be helpful to have more information, such as what is actually on the disc. Also, it would be good to know the mastering; for example, is it pure DSD, hi-res digital, etc.
