The import duty for Germany is very high and it depends on the type of item you buy. For my recent order I had to pay 40 euros + shipping! I am afraid that I cannot afford it again. The way the shipping itemization is done makes our orders much more expensive! Thanks.

International packaging is always very secure and products arrive always in good condition. Large boxes are always used so maybe to save space and cost smaller box closer to dimension of goods can be considered to save shipping cost?

Thanks for using more cube-like boxes. Next eliminate plastics and, like Amazon, use crumpled/balled paper to be filler and bumpers.

Not being able to prepay vat with Japan Post is troublesome. Customs apparently charge for each item/line, not hs code as it should be. Not CDJapans fault, but cheap delivery options keep getting less.
