The website server is always too busy lately. I can't navigate from my computer. It's very annoying.

Great professionalism, perfectly secured package, fast, efficient, and friendly. Idealba handles the service. I recommend the store in every respect.

Would have preferred overcharge due to custom change of VAT handling returned to credit card instead of store credit that has expiration date. I likely want more figures of series but don't know how many months/years it takes to release next model.

cd Japan is the best online cd shop around, I have been a loyal customer for years. the website is lacking in information about the product, obi or not, jewel case or not etc, more info on the cds would be perfect. More older SHM titles please - motorhead, black sabbath please

Very reliable delivery, actually more reliable than buying from my own country (UK)! However, as the standard boxes don't fit through letterbox, they left it in an unsafe place (was fine this time). They communicate delivery (even though untracked) which is good, but don't give you a chance to modify day/safe place. If they did it would be perfect.

The app has frequent "server too busy" issues. Also there is no back button in the app. If you try to go back, the app exits. Other than that, I love CD Japan. I'm very happy with the proxy shopping. I've used it twice and the CDs I got were in beautiful condition

I have bought cds from CDJapan several times over the last few years. I like how quickly a new release appears online. I like the flexibility to either add to an existing order or to keep orders separate. I have not needed customer service for a long time, but when I did, they were very helpful.

The CDJapan iOS app always crashes, and I can only restart the app. Please optimize the software

As you are aware, your servers can't keep up with demand. You either need new servers or more bandwidth. Frequently when searching I get "server busy" errors. Sometimes I can't even get an item page to load. You must be losing sales if people can't access your site. You have a great service, don't let this damage it.
