I think it's a must-have book, but if you're moved by the theatrical animation and want to enjoy Crusher Joe, I honestly recommend buying it. This book is a collection of illustrations by Mr. Yasuhiko, so you may be able to know the story behind the production, etc., so it's definitely an impressive book and worth reading.

Fantastic. And undoubtedly the superior of the two artbooks (Crusher Joe). Not because one offers greater animation or color than the other, but because DP offers noticeably more variety, despite being 30 pages less. Just feels like they made the most they could out of each page in comparison to CJ in-between pages featuring cover art. After flipping through each- No contest. Veery happy to have purchased while supply lasts.

Depending on how developed your sense of appreciation is, a good purchase. A step or two behind Dirty Pair, but what is presented will leave a smile. That said, unlike bibliography, whose thumbnails are given a spread, there are a few images seen on the following page not featured. I could be wrong, but after carefully flipping through the book half a dozen times, they appear to be absent. These include: 1978-12-30, 1978-7-30, 1978-4-30, & 1983-4-30.

Epic story, two opponents who never really meet but would certainly be best friends. Describing war from two sides without glorifying either side is a fine art and also entertaining, for me one of the best space art books and anime series I've ever seen.

I'm glad I was able to know the points of perfection. I didn't notice even when watching the main story. If you love the cockpit perspective, I think this is a must-see. I was happy that they were also mentioned about that latest work.

I love this artbook!!! Each piece is so detailed and amazing!!! One think that I absolutely love is you can Horikoshi Sensei’s art progress with each piece, like the way he uses colors and shades to the character’s designs becoming more detailed!! I love it so much and inspires me too!!!

Even though it took a while (not related to the product), I finally received the book and I can say that it's a buy worth the money, if you're a fan of digimon of course. Really interesting, nice finish, overall a good product, would recommend.

This artwork is best for its quality. It has every illustration of year 2. I love it. I just can't express it in words. The artwork quality is beautiful, with detailed illustrations of the Year 2 cast, especially the heroines and key emotional scenes. The book contains more than 180 illustrations along with creator interviews, making it feel premium and worth collecting for fans of the series.

only got this recently. great photobook, great picture selection, nice photography. almost a must-buy if you are a fan of yuki nakashima.

An absolutely stunning art book that displays Ichikawa's skill, and understanding of art. There's even a little Phos sticker inside.

I highly recommend buying this Artbook. It's thrilling to see Haruko Ichikawa's magnificent artworks in such large and detailed images. Seeing some of the manga's double-page spreads and even the textless covers is a unique experience. Furthermore, reading her comments on her work was very helpful in understanding more about Ichikawa's personality and thoughts when creating her art.

I'm from Brazil and it took a month to my copy arrive because of the shipping method I've choosed, but it was definitely worth the wait! I ordered with a A4 Thick Box and extra protection just in case, and it arrived well-packaged! About the book itself, for who are Soma Saito's fan, this book is definitely worth it! Even though it’s a little harder to read than the previous one, the pictures are absolutely beautiful. It's good to aside some time to read it at leisurely pace, since this book is entirely in Japanese.

I've been a fan of this series since I was a teenager. Buying this artbook and seeing all the amazing illustrations created by Yana-sensei made me very emotional and touched. Recommended to any fan of the series and people who love manga art in general!
