CDJapan Customer Feedback

Everything is fine, always a great shopping experience. Thank you very much.

Il n’y a pas systématiquement le Noma des musiciens

The box arrived damaged but the contents were OK. This probably happened in the UK.

Would it be possible to have a service where you can delay the delivery of items so that you can bundle more items into the delivery. (Especially for pre-orders)

Please add album cover images to your newsletter, it is not easy to read

Shopping costs are very high, even considering that orders are being shipped overseas.

All good as always, tight and neatly packaged. Completely new and un excellent condition.

在这里购买过2个订单，cd外壳都是有受损的，包装得太单薄了，只有一层泡沫，cd应该多包几层泡沫,希望能改进一下，后续才会继续购买。

CDJapan does a great job in every aspect of my orders. Excellent quality service!!

Since 2021, always very satisfied (Price, delay, packaging)

Perfect, all the time. Fast shipping and delivery.

I’m looking for more smooth, jazz titles, like Stanley Clark, Keiko Matsui, Bob, james, George Duke, Marcus Miller

You guys are doing a great job. The packaging is great, delivery needs improvement, great inventory.

Arrived lightning fast, thoroughly and securely packed, and in perfect shape! Awesome as always! Thank you!

The best packaging ever... keeps me comimg back!!!

Very good packing and fast shipping. Reliable source for Japanese music and idol goods.

I'm very happy with the secure and sturdy packing in the order. Everything arrived in perfect condition! Fast shipping! CDJapan is my go-to source for Japanese idol goods.

I sometimes need help with my proxy items, it would help if it does get found to place it in my cart so that I can purchase it, instead of looking for the item and sometimes not finding it. Thank you

Awesome work..just keep it up is great pleasure to do business with you..thanks

While I continue to have issues with other companies, CD Japan continues to be entirely reliable and easy to shop with. To think that I order from half way across the planet and everything arrives in perfect condition in exceptional time without fail with CD Japan, while companies closer to home fail on every level. Always a pleasure to buy from you, arigatou gozaimasu
