Love the care taken in packing my CD - I wish every seller put this much effort into shipping! As a suggestion I would add the option “not applicable” to your survey options (instead of “average don’t know).

Not sure if this is something meant for this comment section, but I have some overall feedback for proxy :) This time I was buying a proxy item which wasn't through Mercari, since it was a preorder. I loved that this was possible, but sometimes I feel it's sometimes random which items are showing up, especially if there are several variations of a character item for example. It would be very cool if that service would become more systematical. But overall I'm as always very satisfied and happy for the great work and amazing quality you're providing! Thank you so much!

The one thing wrong about the site is the disappearance of bonus points...

Please offer alternative shipping choices for items to USA.

I do not believe there's much you can do to improve your wonderful service I would spend a little money on the website trying to make it a little smoother with some different types of options like for checking comps things like that maybe a "Dark" setting so when I'm buying stuff in the middle of the night it doesn't blind me

Please improve the packaging strength and method. I have purchased three times, and the CD case was damaged in two of those shipments.

I sure could use some CDJapan stickers. Maybe offer T Shirts

Maybe have the ability to compare prices on the different offerings.
