Q4 there wasn't any need for customer support. Compliments to all of you!

Please do something about the restriction for shipping items with different release dates together. Sometimes I want to buy items that are to be released yet along with items that have already been released and it forces me either to buy only one of them or to ship them separately which is very costly. Or at least allow to make modifications to orders that include proxy items.

For past 20 years I specified here what is good and what is bad but so far nothing was changed or modified.Look like CDJapan don't care. The only changes I can see is the prices for CD going up and up!!! Before covid-19 problem I buy 6-7 CDs per package now 2-3 max! The rest I buying from Amazon since there CD cheaper and arrive much faster.

Fitst off, I have answered this survet a bazillion times, but nothing iimotoves. Customer service for queries in rotten to the very core, and unresponsive to simple queries. It's become so dull shopping in your website. There's SO MUCH missing information, and having to ask info&cdjapan.co is futile, since nobody ever rresponds. A bore. a bore. A bore!

It wou�d help a lot to have a new search function to find out whether already have been bought earlier or not

Shipping was fast. The small box had no damage. The plushies were packed securely and the acrylics were also packed securely.

CDJapan is a great online shopping site. Good selection, great packaging of items. Staff are great when I require support and very clear with communication. Pricing on items needs to be more competitive with Amazon Japan.

I haven't used customer support. The layout of information on items is a bit untidy but I can understand it. The website is a bit slow and sometimes requires a reload to get the page looking right. Anyway, I enjoy buying from CDJapan and will continue to do so

The box was crushed and the contents were also crushed. I think this probably happened in the UK before final delivery.

Shipping/handling charges + new customs charges are rather HIGH but I realize are unavoidable in current climate. Otherwise very satisfied with your service and excellent packaging!

My last shipment had many changes regarding the delivery, which was disappointing because I bought the item as a birthday gift, and it took too long to arrive (just that)

New info always with out picture or track samples. The new prices for CD way HIGH even the yen is very low. Packaging inside some time not accurate and box is too large (effect the shipping coast). Customer service not good.Overall disappointed.
