Thanks, everything arrived as expected without issues.

Just a little note, because it's so unusual for CD Japan. I ordered the Kiss Destroys Anaheim SHM CD and there was glue in the CD cover that did not harden and my CD booklet was stuck inside. I'm not sure about putting the CD and booklet back inside the cover because of this. That's a problem with manufacturing.

As always highly recommended for ordering cds from, excellent packaging and shipped really quickly, I can order cds from Japan and they get to me quicker than some places here in the United Kingdom.

It was very easy to buy from CDJapan: to sort the items in product type, to see my previous orders and to actually order and select shipping method. The CDs I bought arrived very quickly and were beautifully wrapped to protect them. For my first order I asked for FedEx, because I was thought it would be the quickest and safest way to ship. The FedEx service was excellent but CDJapan's customer service contacted me suggesting I use air freight, because it is just as safe and very quick. I did for my subsequent orders and they right! My CDs arrived quickly and safely and it was so much cheaper. Overall I have been delighted with the goods and services CDJapan have provided and will definitely be ordering my next Japanese items from them.

The package still doesn't arrive to my home, so I can't tell if the packaging is fine, but my opinion is based on the previous purchases.

The shipping is very fast. I live in Sweden and the delivery here is usually 2-3 days and the package is not as good as yours. You are the best!

I wish U.S. customs would read your paperwork and not have FedEx charge me a 10% duty on duty exempt purchases. Your products and packaging are first rate, though. Thank you!

your packaging is always impeccable. wish amazon could learn a thing or two from you overhow you pack items for shipping.

Be nice if you offered the app in a dark version. It makes scrolling around in the night time so much easier on the eyes

Wouldn’t mind if you would offer with PayPal the PayPal pay in 4. But that might not be up to you, that could be a PayPal issue.

This is regarding order 10115195159. Shipping service was, as always, excellent. The problem is that the CDs had excessive glue in the CD wallet, which caused damage to the Japanese lyric booklet and CD sleeve when extracted. A lot of people reported the issue on the internet and social media: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7CI7IFQK_Ng Is there a chance to get a replacement booklet for my two CDs? The import duty for Germany is very high and it depends on the type of item you buy. For my recent order I had to pay 40 euros + shipping! I am afraid that I cannot afford it again. The way the shipping itemization is done makes our orders much more expensive! Thanks.
