In the U.K. and the U.S., GONG is categorized in the "space rock" genre represented by Pink Floyd. Steve Hillage, who is active as "SYSTEM 7" and is also very popular in Japan, has participated in the recording and touring of GONG's masterpiece "Radio Gnome Invisible" trilogy (Flying Teapot/Angel's Egg/You) since the 70's, which is also one of the topics of discussion.
