"Macross Delta (TV Anime)" 10th Anniversary Single "Walkure wa Makerarenai" [Limited Edition]

This is the return of Walkure, the tactical music unit from "Macross Delta". After wrapping up its music activities with the arena tour "Last Mission" in 2023, the unit is back with new songs! The lead song "Walkure wa Makerarenai" has a classic kayokyoku (Japanese pop) feel that truly sounds like "This is Walkure!" "No Limit! No Brake!" is a club-anthem-style sub-lead song that shows a new side of Walkure, now back after four years. "Ka-i-ka-n" fuses Showa-era kayokyoku with techno. "Ikenai Borderline -Perfect 5 Mix-" adds strings to their signature song "Ikenai Borderline" and has all five members sing it anew. These four newly recorded songs were all created for the new audio drama bundled with the limited first-press edition, and Walkure's belief that "they will not engage in music activities unrelated to the story" lives on here as well. The "Macross Delta" 10th anniversary audio drama "Kyoso no Walkure," included on Disc 2 of the limited first-press edition, is a newly written work by Toshizo Nemoto, who handled series composition for all of "Macross Delta". It depicts a race in which the five members fight hot battles, each making the most of their strengths, to promote a new MVF (Micro Variable Fighter). The members of the tactical music unit Walkure are Mikumo (JUNNA), Freyja (Minori Suzuki), Kaname (Kiyono Yasuno), Reina (Nao Toyama), and Makina (Nozomi Nishida).
