Description

[Machine Translation] The Mozart Year will be closed with this man! This is the royal road! Thielemann's Motzlek. Thielemann, who has made steady progress as the legitimate heir to German music and is highly anticipated, has made remarkable strides in the past few years. The live recording made in February 2006 shows the smooth spinning of long, full phrases, the exquisite balance and construction derived from the skillful inter-instrumental and vocal dynamics, and the ability to listen to Mozart performances of recent years. The work's true value is approached with a profound and solemn resonance rarely heard in Mozart performances in recent years. The performance is an extension of the traditional interpretation, but refined with a unique perspective and sensitivity, and together with the use of talented young soloists, it is truly a performance for a new age. Recorded: February 2006, Munich (live) (digital recording) (new recording)
