This album has all the right ingredients at the right time. Beautiful creation that should be never be taken for granted , Bowie was at his creative prime during this period. Every track is great and cohesive , amazing recording here , there's no one like Bowie.....amazing stuff really, made back in the heyday of early '70's rock. My fave Bowie albums are Man Who Sold the World , Hunky Dory, Pinups anything with Mick Ronson really. This album is Ziggy at his trashiest glam. I think i can say it's my fave Bowie! Mini LP reproduction is excellent , great inner cover repro and LP Sleeve reproduction are perfectly redone. SHM CD sound is excellent , no let down here.....beautiful sound, warm , detailed and inviting. You CANNOT go wrong with this one.

This 2009 SHM-CD of David Bowie is really beautiful. The mini lp have the original Pink Obi, different from Black Obis from 2007 mini lp Release, very ugly! The sound is superb, I compared with 2007 releases, and with SHM-CD, SHM-CD sound much better. The inserts is the same of 2007 release, the inner ring CD too! Really great for Bowie fans! Great for lovers of good and old rock and roll!
