Greatest Hits [Limited Release]

[Machine Translation] LA-based keyboardist Jacob Mann's Big Band has released its first LP! The members include LA's superhuman multi-artist/drummer Lewis Cole, Sam Wilkes whose collaboration with Sam Gendell is still fresh in our minds, Christian Youman, a drummer who can be called the backbone of the LA jazz scene, and three members of the world-renowned neo-soul band Moonchild (Navran, Max Brick, and Jacob Mann). In addition, three members of the internationally acclaimed neo-soul band Moonchild (Navran, Max Brick, and Andris Mattson) participate in the horn section, as well as many members who have played in Lewis Cole's live support sessions and in the house sessions that have been the talk of the town on YouTube. The album is one that symbolizes the current L.A. scene. The LP features 10 songs selected by Jacob Mann himself for the LP from the two EPs that have been locally talked about and 8 newly recorded songs that were released digitally in April 2022! This is a near-future jazz ensemble work of pop & humor, tight & funky, post-Vaporwave, suddenly appearing in the ever-evolving big band jazz scene with Ellington, Gil Evans, Maria Schneider, and others!
