Apocalypse [Blu-spec CD2] [Regular Edition]

Canadian progressive hard rock duo Crown Lands finally make their Japan debut! This work, their third vocal album overall, is a collaboration with producers Nick Raskulinecz and David Bottrill, both of whom have also worked on releases by the legendary Canadian rock trio Rush, whom the band deeply respects, and is constructed as a narrative experience based on the analog LP format. The highlight is the 19-minute title suite "Apocalypse" that closes the album and consists of 13 movements (the only track on analog side B). Symbolizing the entire album both musically and narratively, this track delivers grand and thrilling performances woven together through contrasts between quietness and intensity. Their evolution, having fully mastered their own vision and reached new horizons, is condensed here. High-quality Blu-spec CD2 format.
