As all items delivered by CD Japan, it was fast and efficient, well packed and so on. I first was amazed by that band's style, great costumes and epic scenes in the promotional videos... But when I bought this CD, I felt they were all in the looks, nothing in the music. Personally I hated the music. All have their opinions, I know loads who love them, but it was too (mixed up ?) for me. Noise.

That's a good mini-album! Good quality, the songs are cool... Like, it's Versailles, so it's very beautiful.

When I heard "The Revenant Choir" I just fell in love with Kamijo's voice and the beat of the music. I had been waiting a long time for a Visual Kei band like this and I am happy to stubble across them. I don't remember how life was before them, lol.

The songs that show off the beautiful twin guitar harmonies and double bass sounds are great, buy it!

The best release from Versailles 'till now, even better than their recent first full album Nobel, which is awesome either.

I had not heard of this band before I saw their concert at A-kon. I had no expectations at all. But their live performance blew me away and I felt excited like I had not felt in a long time about anything. I immediately ordered Lyrical Sympathy and I've been listening to it every day since. It's rare that I like every single track on an album, but this album has accomplished that and more. I love the melding of classical symphony with metal rock. This album is beautifully done and it is very clear that the bandmembers took alot of care in the creation of this album. Kudos to Versailles! I can't wait for Noble!

Oh my God. That was my reaction when I first listened to Versailles. I was on YouTube just checking out the bands that were going to perform @ A-Kon 19 in Dallas, TX. Their sound was so amazing, everything from the electronics, piano arrangements, guitars, vocals, drums, everything. After seeing them live on stage I had to have their CD. So I came here and purchased it and again, I was amazed! Their sound reminds me of Castlevania meets Visual Kei if you can make that out in your head. Their is not one song on this CD that will disappoint you. Even the intro sounds good and its only 1:10! If there was any one thing that I could say that got me back into the whole Japanese thing (language, anime, art, and of course music), it would have to be this CD. I know this isn't the best review since its biased with favorism towards the band, but their music is really that good. Pick up the CD and you won't be let down. Versailles is the best new visual band and I love that Kamijo is still singing. I love that Hizaki is in the band. Versailles is my favorite band.

I already knew how great this Cd was before I even bought it. It was a necessary piece to my TERU collection as seeing I have all of Aikaryu releases and Versailles new album pre-ordered. YEP, ITS AMAZING! I LOVE TERU!!!!!!!!!

To be quite honest, I had never heard of Versailles until I found this CD, and ordered it out of curiosity. After listening to it, I can proudly say I'm now hooked on their music, from the way their skillful rock/heavy metal harmonies combine with the gentle classical elements to the dark lyrics sung by Kamijo's haunting voice. I've played their music for friends and coworkers, and it's a thrill seeing them enjoy the music just as much as I do even though it's not in (Gasp!) english. I'm glad I took the chance on listening to Versailles, and I'll keep on listening to their music. Their amazing looks and costume designs are definitely a nice bonus too.

As a hardcore fan of malice mizer and moi dix mois I just got drawn to Versailles. Their vampyric and mm/mdm feel, I coulden't get enough of this band! A really high class band I must say and worth listening to^^

Lyrical Sympathy is an accomplishment most musicians would desire to be able to match in skill and sound. Versailles' unique sound and apparent concentration on music are clearly represented in this album. Fan's of Malice Mizer night be drawn to this by Versailles' severe visual style, and their obvious musical skill. Kamijo's deep and soothingly melodic vocals accompanied by Hizaki's skillful guitar riffs, Teru's recognizable style (from his Aikaryu days), Jasmine You's strong bass, and Yuki's rhythmic drums layered over orchestra and symphonies (strings, piano, etc.) make to a match worth being jealous about. This debut is absolutely seamless and deserves highest recommendations! Music fans of all genres should give this album a try. I'd comfortably lable it as "near perfection"!

I need to give it a "10." I bought this on preorder right after Lareine's Best Album, and it was worth it. I wasn't too keen on the rockiness of it, but now I seriously wonder why. XD Teru is wonderful in this, and Hizaki; wow.I most certainly cannot leave out Jasmine or Yuki. I am a bassist myself! Kamijo's definitely been trying some new things with his voice, just as he said. KUDOS, boys! Keep it up!! <3

Hah, I just loved how the songs are a bit tempo-crazy. And, of course, Kamijo's voice is amazing~ <3 This was a really great buy; even though I had some doubts when I first bought it, after I started actually listening to it I loved it~~~

I had never heard Versailles before as I ordered this album out of a friend's recommendation and I was absolutely enthuasted when I heard it! I really love all the songs and Kamijo's voice is very, very nice. This is certainly an album that won't get you bored too easily.

Lyrical Sympathy es demasiado bueno, ac? pudimos descubrir una buena voz de Kamijo, muchomas Grave de la cual estamos Acostumbrados por LAREINE, aunque en el track 7 vuelve a aquella voz, muy buen trabajo Juntos de HIZAKI y Teru, bueno... HIZAKI siempre a sido demasiado Genial, y Yuki, esta tomando muchos fan ultimamente (DARK MASTER), y la Brula de los Pavos(Jasmine You) en algunas canciones el Bajo ni se escucha u.u es una pena, pero es bueno ;D Esperamos mcuhos mas discos de ellos!!!

It's a great CD even for it being a mini cd. it's a must have if you like Hizaki's work and Kamijo's singing

I pre-ordered this album just to hear more Kamijo. I love this album. Kamijo's vocals plus Hizaki and Teru on guitar...what more could you ask for? The band is stellar and composed of really high caliber musicians ^_^! The photos from the booklet are very pretty too! Their costumes are soo fine and elaborate! ~<3christine

This CD is perfect. I have nothing more to say. EVery song is amazingly well-done, and even the packaging is positively gorgeous. *_*
