This is a beautiful release - however quite a noisy pressing. Get it if you want to collect a Japanese pressing of this release. The music is emotive and very ambient, and the sporadic pops and clicks are distracting.

I am not reviewing the quality of Sakamoto's ambient pieces but the quality of the Japanese pressing. My copy is plagued with constant clicks and pops on both sides, ESPECIALLY just before a piano key is being hit. This is not random and denotes a wrong job at cutting the lacquer with probably saturation and high noise levels. I would not recommend you buy this release, just get the HiRes audio files instead.
