再結成スターリンの解散後、自らのレーベル「北極バクテリア」を立ち上げ、1995年にリリースしたレーベル第一弾となるソロ・アルバム。当時渋谷にあったアピア40にて、解散前のスターリン最後のベーシストであった安達親生 (Ba)と1993年から1995年の間に行われたライブを収録。ハーモニカに続木力、パーカッションに金野由之、エレキ・ギターにナポレオン山岸が参加。パッヘルベルのカノンにミチロウによる歌詞を載せた「カノン」、ザ・スターリンの名曲「電動コケシ」のアコースティック・バージョンなど、レーベル初作にふさわしい充実した楽曲が並ぶ1枚。
