"OMAKASE," the B2B (Back to Back) style DJ unit formed by DJ KENTA and DJ SOULJAH! With an outstanding feel for the dance floor, they present a Brunswick edition of their DJ-friendly 7-inch edits dubbed "OMAKASE 3-Min Cooking"! New Jersey funk band Strutt released its only album, "Time Moves On," in 1975. Among its tracks, "Said You Didn't Love Him" is a crossover soul masterpiece that has earned tremendous support not only from rare groove and modern soul fans, but also from DJs for its superb drum break. This ultimate edit places that killer drum break right at the beginning! Side A features the vocal version, driven by bittersweet vocals, refreshing chorus work, and a lively groove. Side B features the instrumental version, making its first appearance on 7-inch at the strong recommendation of OMAKASE, allowing listeners to fully enjoy its elegant strings, distinctive organ, and tight rhythm section. Side A delivers with the vocals, while Side B shakes the floor with the groove. A double-sider ready for immediate DJ use! Japan-pressed 7-inch / 45 RPM / Includes an insert jacket.
