ノイバウテンのFM EINHEIT主演、84年の伝説的ジャーマン・カルト・フィルムがデラックスCD+DVDでリイシュー! 初DVD化! F.M. EINHEIT (EINSTURZENDE NEUBAUTEN)をはじめ、WILLIAM S. BURROUGHS、GENESIS P-ORRIDGE (THROBBING GRISTLE)、CHRISTIANE F、BILL RICEなどなどアンダーグラウンドな人々を多数フィーチャーしたノイズ映画。夢の中で出逢った老人(W.S.BURROUGHS)から啓示を受けた主人公が、凡庸なMUZAK(有線放送のBGM)をカットアップした奇妙なテープを制作、ハンバーガーショップでそれを再生すると、聴いた客の神経に影響を及ぼし暴徒/ゲリラ化する、という素敵なストーリー。ちなみにジェネPは地下組織のカリスマ的リーダー役で出演。もちろんインダストリアル・ミュージックが的確に挿入されていくBGMもファンには嬉しい逸品。英語字幕、オリジナル・トレイラー、スライドショウ、46分のオーディオ・インタビュー、デレク・ジャーマンによるバロウズのレアフッテージ、GENESIS P-ORRIDGEのループが付されたベルリン暴動(本編にも挟み込まれています)のニュース・フッテージ等々をスペシャル・ボーナス追加。サントラ盤CDにはDAVE BALL (SOFT CELL)、EINSTURZENDE NEUBAUTEN、MATT JOHNSON (THE THE)、GENESIS P-ORRIDGE、WILLIAM BURROUGHSと、フィルムでは出てこないバンドも収録されている。※DVDには日本語字幕は付きません。輸入盤国内仕様。帯ライナー/解説付(解説: 持田保)
