I bought it to use as a face brush for powder. It's so soft I can't believe it's goat hair. It became fluffier after washing.

The more bisyodo long series brush I use, the more I like this brand and this series brush. I really adore the outlook design of this series, especially for the handle and the ferrule. Though the powder/cheek brushes are made with saikoho hair, they are still really soft. In the beginning I think the B-C-01 is a bit of dense from the outlook which might cause the blush application too pigmented. Surprisinglly, the effect of blush application is very good, not too pigmented and blend very smoothly. I do recommnand this brush for anyone is looking for a good cheeck brush from Bisyodo.

This is my first time to purchase brush from Bisyodo brand, in terms of goat hair - saikoho , this Bisyodo brush is so soft and no goat smell and the handle is soooo beautiful, very well made. I was debating this dyed blush and the undyed blush brush with short handle, I love this long handle, as soon as I received it, I couldn’t wait to try it, it’s great blush brush definitely, and so pretty.

Even more gorgeous in person. I love this entire collection. The bristles are the softest. Again, perfect size for any size face. I promise you! I thought the handles would be too much for my small hands. I don’t like super thick handles. These are perfect for me. It feels luxurious without looking ridiculous. And the price you guys! Come on! You will not be disappointed.

Bisyodo brand isn't that well known and that is a shame, considering it makes high quality fude. The handle of the brush is a work of art, however the quality of the bristle hairs and the precise bundling is what really makes this brush a hidden gem! Despite it being a cheek brush, the bristles are dense and not stingy, the size is large enough that I use it for a powder brush for my small-ish size face. It is versatile enough that I can and do use it as blush brush or even contouring on its side. The bristles are super soft despite being dyed, it feels like an 8.5 to 9 out of 10 on the softness rating scale, and my skin is combination/sensitive. Buy this brush if you are looking for high quality and reasonably priced saikoho grade fude.

I would say this is the best contouring brush I have ever had. Perfect contouring brush blends product beautifully. And it will not destroy your foundation when blending product! I recommend this brush, although it's a little bit pricey but worth every penny.
