Ae! group's 5th single is "Emotion", which at last puts a band song front and center as the title track. "Emotion" is a rock number in which an aggressive, solid sound that takes on more difficult playing than ever before contends with the piercing high tones of vocalist Seiya Suezawa. It is sure to shine live, and Ae! group, long praised for their playing ability as a band, have turned it into an ambitious work that further evolves their expression and skill. The common B-side track is "Kono Asa wa", written and composed by Noriyuki Makihara and arranged by Kenichi Maeyamada, also known as Hyadain. That song has been coloring mornings in Kansai since this spring as the theme song of ABC TV's "Ohayo Asahi Desu". Limited Edition Type A additionally contains "X'mas FAM!", the group's first Christmas song, as an exclusive track. The accompanying DVD contains the Music Video for "Emotion" and making-of footage. Limited Edition Type B additionally contains "White Love Story", a sweet love song that warms the heart in the cold season, as an exclusive track. The accompanying DVD contains the Music Video for "Kono Asa wa" and making-of footage. Limited Edition Type C additionally contains "Mrs.Vampire", a Halloween song that only Ae! group could do, as an exclusive track. The accompanying DVD contains the bonus footage "Mikansei na Profile o Tsumuge" and "Emotion" Photoshoot Making. The Regular Edition contains "A!!!!!!" as an exclusive track, a song that has been passed down since their junior days and raised together with fans at live shows and that symbolizes Ae! group.
