The figure is very nice and has been carefully packed before shipping, excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed about the unexpected "actual order weight/volume charge." I placed and fully paid for this order four months ago, with the understanding that the cost included the product price and shipping fee. It seems unfair to be asked for an additional charge right before shipment, leaving me with no choice but to pay. I believe this practice warrants review, as it creates a frustrating customer experience.
