[Machine Translation] The town has fallen into the hands of Big Jim. A nefarious plot to ensnare the people. Incited riots. Staged bloodshed. Innocents are trampled, burned, and imprisoned. Neither law, order, nor conscience can reach inside the "dome. The culmination of the conspiracy will be a special town hall meeting where the opposition will be impeached and sentenced to death. Barbie, an ex-soldier, and Rusty, a physician's assistant, plan to fight back against Big Jim when they learn that Joe, a boy genius, and his friends have discovered a mysterious machine deep in the mountains that appears to be a "dome" generator.
