Yoshihiro Takahashi, the master and pioneer of dog manga, marks his 55th anniversary as a manga artist in 2026. This also coincides with the 50th anniversary of the publication of "Shiroi Senshi Yamato" (White Warrior Yamato), the work that first established "dog manga" as his signature genre.
