Description

[Machine Translation] Heisei-kun", who has been featured in the media as a symbolic figure of the Heisei era and leads a modern life, is rational, cool, and does not like sexual contact. One day, however, he suddenly tells his girlfriend, Ai, that he wants to euthanize himself at the end of the Heisei era. Ai is unable to accept this, but through their daily activities, the two begin to question the meaning of living and dying in this day and age. Why does Heisei-kun want to die? And what is the answer that Heisei-kun comes up with at the end of the age? The author, who has thought about modern Japan from the viewpoint of young people in such works as "Happy Young People in a Land of Despair" and "Compulsory Nursery School Education," lightly and sharply examines the "Heisei" era!
