[Not a native English speaker, Sorry for any translation/grammatical error] I bought this pair of earphones because I want a new replacement for my broken earphones. I decided to buy this CKX9 because it has good review scores out there. I will start my review from the design and build quality. The most impressive for these pieces are the build quality. It's excellent and I think it will be durable. What it makes different is the C-tip. I feel uncomfortable at the first time using this earphone. The C-tip are removable but I think it more comfortable if you put the C-tip on. Overall it is the usual plus side from Audio-Technica, excellent build quality and unique design. Move to the performance. As I stated on the title, I am little disappointed for the bass performance. I was not as good as I expected but it's still there. Maybe I haven't burn this piece well. I like the Audio-Technica product line because they are superior on detail and clarity, especially on mid-high freq. You will get a lot of accessories inside the packages and nice pouch, too. The price is relative but I think it is the best value earpieces I've ever had. I can compare it close to the other $200 pieces out there.
