シンガーソングアクトレス 40周年記念。 戸川純、音楽活動40周年を記念し、アルファ/YENレーベル時代の代表作アルバムをアナログLPで再発売。『裏玉姫』は、前作『玉姫様』と同年にカセットテープだけで発売された初のライヴアルバム。1984年2月19日、東京・ラフォーレミュージアム原宿で収録。バックのヤプーズ (泉水敏郎/中原信雄/比賀江隆男/立川芳雄/里美智子)と共に全編パンクでハイテンションな演奏を展開。現在でも戸川純のライヴの大詰めで歌われる「パンク蛹化の女」収録。今回が初のアナログLP発売で、クリアピンクヴァイナル (透明ピンク)仕様。
