Description

[Machine Translation] This is the third release on the Tamayura label. Toru Takemitsu, a master of contemporary music, left a total of 20 songs, none of them in the classical style, but all in the pop/chanson style. Takemitsu's talent as a melody maker, which he does not show in his serious works, shines through, and he boasts a sense of style that cannot be compared to that of ordinary trendy pop music. This is a novel project in which popular countertenor Dominique Viss sings the melody. Viss, who originally aspired to be a rock singer, is also an extremely skilled pop singer. The lyrics are also characterized by the use of Japanese, English, German, French, and Western languages. If you listen to it without knowing it, you may mistake it for stylish foreign pop music.
