The first DVD release of the film directed by Karel Rice with a gorgeous cast and crew including Debra Winger and Nick Nolte! Tom, a private detective, is asked by Angela, a bewitching beauty, to save an innocent young man who has been arrested for a brutal murder. Angela's story is full of mysteries and contradictions, but Tom soon falls in love with Angela, who becomes a different person each time he meets her. His longtime rival, Haggerty, the prosecutor in charge of the case, tells Tom that Angela is a former prostitute. When Tom presses her for the truth, Angela finally begins to tell him the shocking truth... Commentary leaflet enclosed.
