Description

[Machine Translation] This album was recorded in January 2020 at Trading 8s Recording Studio near New York City. Taeko Sebe's piano is skillfully supported by bassist Harvey S., who also played with Sebe on the previous album. Lenny White, who has been active in the jazz fusion scene since the 1960s, plays drums. The combination of acoustic sound, bass, and drums, unique to US recordings, makes Taeko Sebe's piano stand out more freely, more aggressively, and more bluesily. The songs include four of Taeko Sebe's own originals, Wayne Shorter's #1, Dave Grusin's #5, and standard tunes, and #4 Messenger is an original Taeko Sebe composition with Seizan Kiminami on shakuhachi.

Description in Japanese

SEBE'S DREAM /
