Megadeth [Limited Edition] [Japan Bonus Track] Customer Reviews
Megadeth
Wonderful album, great package. Great sounding, not too heavily compressed…an amazing final album by Megadeth!
This album is dedicated to the fans of the band. Powerful sound, precise solos, razorblade riffs, super drumming, excellent songs. Everybody will find something from different Megadeth eras. I love it!
Delighted with this cd. Excellent sound quality from a standard cd. The bonus poster is simply the icing on the cake!Highly recommended.
Based on early reviews of Megadeth's 17th and final studio album, Megadeth (released January 23, 2026), the record is generally received as a solid, defiant farewell that leans into the band’s thrash roots while showcasing their current lineup. The album is widely seen as a "dignified ending" rather than a groundbreaking new direction, featuring high-energy shredding mixed with some mid-tempo, melodic moments . This Limited Edition contains 2 Bonus Tracks .The Sound is Fantastic
A decent farewell to Megadeth. It's no Peace Sells, but it's still a solid sounding album. It's their last album and a decent end to an amazing band.
For the last original album release of Megadeth ever this album is awesome great songs and a great release for their last album. All the songs are really good and new guitarist teemu does awesome job on his first and last release. Just buy it I highly recommend it you wont be disappointed
The album has elements from various Megadeth era, particularly the 90's and post 2000s. Puppet parede, I am war, Another bad day and Hey God definetely leaning towards their 90s sounds particularly Countdown to extinction, Youthanasia and Cryptic writings. Meanwhile tracks like Tipping point, Let there be shred, Obey the call and Made to kill sounds their more recent releases such as Dystopia, Endgame, The sick the dead and the dying. Ride the lightning is a great addition to the album. Vocal isnt as powerfull as James , Dave is in his mid 60s afterall but the drumming is significantly better while the guitar parts are mostly the same as the original.
