B型がなぜターゲットとなったのか? 壮大な死のゲームはクライマックスに向けて始動する!! ――ダメな新入社員の大地(井上正大)は密かに先輩女子社員の希(仲間リサ)に恋心を抱いていた。ダメ社員どうしの浩太(浅利陽介)と残務処理をしていると突然社内にアナウンスが響く。「これよりリアル鬼ごっこを開始します。ターゲットは血液型がB型のみなさんです」。戦場と化すオフィス。希の危機を救う大地だが、希の彼氏・朔也(河合龍之介)に罠にはめられ、浩太らと共に社外に放り出されてしまう。朔也の本性を見抜いた希は自分を助けてくれた大地を気遣う。一方、社外で逃げ延びた大地は希を救うため、オフィスに戻る決心をする。
