ウッドストックに触発された福島郡山の一青年が主催、仲間と共に4年がかりで作り上げ、内田裕也と石坂敬一がプロデュースを買って出て、1974年8月福島県郡山で行われた"ワン・ステップ・フェスティバル"。"街に緑を! 若者に広場を! そして大きな夢を!"を合言葉に8月4日から10日まで、39組の日本ミュージシャンに加え、アメリカからはヨーコ・オノ&プラスティック・オノ・スーパー・バンドとクリス・クリストファーソン&リタ・クーリッジも参加した日本初のロック・イベントであり原点である。本CDは、3日目8月8日のトリに出演したミッキー吉野グループの演奏をアンコールまで全て収録したもの。3年間のバークリー留学から帰国直後のミッキー吉野がアイ高野 (カーナビーツ～ゴールデン・カップス)や藤井真一 (ジプシーブラッド)らと結成した新グループでノリにノッた演奏で会場を沸かせた。「It's Nice to Have You, Baby !」は後のゴダイゴ・サウンドの萌芽が見られる貴重な録音である。
