Marvel's Avengers, the cinematic third-person action-adventure game, is now available for PS5! The PlayStation 5 version of Marvel's Avengers will offer a higher frame rate and enhanced visuals compared to the current generation console version. It also provides higher resolution textures and improved rendering distances for high-resolution models by making better use of graphics power and memory. Hero abilities and armor destruction have also been enhanced, giving you the feeling of being a superhero.

If you have purchased the PlayStation 4 version, you can upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version at no additional cost. Owners of the PlayStation 4 package version of Marvel's Avengers must own the disc in order to upgrade on the PlayStation 5 console. Upgrading from the packaged version is only possible on PlayStation 5 consoles with a disc drive. The PlayStation 4 version also requires an internet connection for the first time to play the single-player mode. Internet connection and a free Square Enix Membership account are required to download online co-op modes and additional content.
