Maggie's Plan

[Machine Translation] A heartwarming comedy about a slightly complicated love triangle between a man and a woman living in New York City. --Maggie, who works as an artist coordinator at a New York university, meets and falls in love with John, an up-and-coming cultural anthropologist who aspires to become a novelist. John is married and his wife, Georgette, is a professor and a careerist. Tired of his wife's neglect of the family, John decides to divorce her and remarry Maggie, who tells him she loves his novels. A few years later, they have a daughter and seem happy together, but Maggie feels insecure about her married life with John, who has quit his job and continues to pursue his dream of becoming a novelist. Meanwhile, as she takes care of Georgette's busy children, she grows close to her and realizes that she is not a "devil's wife" but an intelligent and attractive woman who still loves John deeply. She realizes that John will be happier with Georgette... and Maggie comes up with a crazy plan to return her husband to his ex-wife...
