Classic Relaxation - Bach

[Machine Translation] Since ancient times, music has played a role in healing the body and mind, comforting the spirits of gods and men, and curing illness. In Japan, classical music is used as background music, and is also widely used as a form of music therapy to alleviate insomnia and prevent stress-related illnesses. Bach's music, filled with compassion and prayerfulness, gently soothes and calms everyone who listens to it. The sounds of nature, such as the murmuring of a stream, the chirping of birds, the wind blowing through the forest, and the sound of rain, contain a unique rhythm called "1/f fluctuation," which relieves our stress and balances our body and mind. Please close your eyes and listen to the music in a quiet place as much as possible. The richness of nature and classical music will invite you to a blissful relaxation.
