This Blu-ray features the 2 mini-concerts that Juice=Juice did to promote their 14th single "DOWN TOWN / Ganbarenai yo". Juice=Juice at that time were Tomoko Kanazawa, Akari Uemura, Manaka Inaba, Rei Inoue, Ruru Dambara, Yume Kudo and Riai Matsunaga. "DOWN TOWN / Ganbarenai yo" Hatsubai Kinen Mukankyaku Mini Live. (39:26) The first mini-concert was released via Niconico Live on April 28, 2021. This concert is performed with the girls in their outfits from the music video for DOWN TOWN. As I'm personally very fond of their look in that video, I really like this mini-concert a lot. Especially Tomoko in her suspenders based oufit. But they all look great. They perform 8 songs live without an audience, which allows the cameras to get better shots of them as they perform. Track list: Romance no Tochuu Kindan Shoujo DOWN TOWN Jidanda Dance Kaze ni Fukarete Bitansan SEXY SEXY Ganbarenai yo HELLO! PROJECT STREAM Juice=Juice 14th Single Release Kinen Special Live (42:01) The second mini-concert on this disc was released May 27th 2021. Juice=Juice perform dressed in the same white dresses that they wear in the music video for Ganbarenai yo, up until the last song DOWN TOWN, when they wear their outfits from DOWN TOWN's music video once again. They perform 10 songs live without an audience again and so again the cameras get good views of the performances. Track list: Borderline Kaze ni Fukarete Suki tte Itte yo Ganbarenai yo SEXY SEXY Ai-Ai-Gasa Bitansan Ijiwaru Shinai de Dakishimete yo Jouro DOWN TOWN Additionally the Blu-ray features 3 bonus performances. The girls are dressed in outfits that aren't connected to any music videos. They are in silvery tops and short skirt based outfits for these performances. Bonus Performances (11:52) Va-Va-Voom Platonic Planet Platonic Planet (One Cut LIVE Ver.) The Platonic Planet (One Cut LIVE Ver.) is probably my most favorite performance on this disc. It is shot with just one camera that is effectively part of the choreography of the performance as it moves in and out amongst the girls and singling each one out as they get a solo line in the song. Really impressed with how this plays out. Overall the performances are terrific and I personally love the more "intimate" feel that this has due to the cameras' freedom of movements and shots. Really nice release.
