JUDE待望の3rdアルバムは12の場面が散りばめられた浅井健一の旅の風景である。サウンド面も多様であり、今年の1月から録音された本作はハワイ録音の3曲(M4、M7、M9)はパワフルかつストレートな池畑潤二の切れのあるドラムスでそれ以外の9曲は、現在ライヴでも叩いている椎野恭一のグルービーでしなやかなドラムスを聴くことができ、それに渡辺圭一のうねるようなベースラインが深く絡みついている。そして「ARABIA」と「新しい風」では、玉城亜弥のバイオリンが曲の壮大さを引き立て、時代や国境を越えた繊細でドラマティックな世界へといざなってくれる。また「葉っぱのおうち」では、AJICO以来の共演となるUAのコーラスが風のごとく浅井のボーカルに絡みつき、浮遊する。夢か現実か…永遠に続く旅の風景を冒険する浅井健一。そのうたは時に一筋の光となり、時に水面に浮かぶ美しい結晶へと変化する。愛にあふれた本作は、壮大なスケールを描き、多くの人々に巨大な感動を与えることだろう。彼は言う、辿り着きたい場所なんてないんだと。
