Aozora

[Machine Translation] Tomabechi Satro, based in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, has been performing on the streets since 1988. This is a re-pressing of the album. Tomamechi has been pursuing the creation of "indispensable songs" and has sung on stage in various places from Naha to Asahikawa. Song #1 "Aozora" became a hot topic as an outstanding support song for the Great East Japan Earthquake. #5 "Aoba Dori" is dedicated to Sendai's disappearing yatai (food stall) culture. #4 "Michidoko" is a 70's band sound created in a mature session with Sendai's top musicians. A singer/songwriter, she has been creating songs and performing on the streets of downtown Sendai since 1988, and has sung in venues from Naha to Asahikawa. He is well known for the balance of message and poetry in his works, and his voice, combined with his stage presence, creates a unique world that can be called the "Satro-bushi". His original CD albums were released in 1994, 2001, and 2014. He sang the theme song for the documentary films "Kaze no Katachi" (directed by Shinichi Ise, 2009, Ise Film) and "Soba ~March 11 kara no Tabi~" (directed by Shinichi Ise, 2012, Ise Film). 1988年からの路上ライヴをはじめ、宮城県仙台を拠点に活動する苫米地サトロが2014年、49歳にて発表した3rdアルバム。8曲入。再プレス盤。「なくてはならないうた」を作ることを追求し続け、那覇から旭川まで各地の舞台で歌っている。#1『青空』は東日本大震災に関わる圧巻の応援ソングとして話題に。#5『青葉通り』は仙台の消えゆく屋台文化に捧げられた名曲。#4『道程』は仙台の一流ミュージシャン達との円熟のセッションによる70年代バンドサウンド。シンガー・ソングライター。1988年より創作と仙台市街地での路上ライヴを始め、那覇から旭川まで各地の舞台で歌っている。作品のメッセージ性と詩情のバランスには定評があり、ステージではその声量とあいまって、サトロ節ともいえる独自の世界を築いている。オリジナルCDアルバムは1994年、2001年そして本作を2014年に発表。ドキュメンタリー映画『風のかたち』(伊勢真一監督作品2009年いせフィルム)、『傍～3月11日からの旅～』(伊勢真一監督作品2012年いせフィルム)にて主題歌を担当。なのはなレコード主宰。1964年福島市生まれ。
