SKIRT

[Machine Translation] Coufull has loved singing since elementary school and formed a band in high school. He was in charge of bass and vocals. He has been composing music since then. After moving to Tokyo, he continued to play in a band, but the band broke up. Still wanting to share his music, he continued to write lyrics and started to play and sing by himself. He was active in live houses and other venues in Tokyo, but stopped playing in September 1999. He wanted to form a band, so he invited his childhood friend Kayo, who had never played music before, and his friend Maa, who had also never played music before, and they formed "Kitchen Gorilla". At their first live performance, Kayo sang vocals, coufull played bass, and maa played drums. The first live performance was a novel one, with kayo on vocals, coufull on bass, and maa on drums. In 2000, Kayo started to play bass and coufull played guitar. However, in May 2000, the drummer maa left the band. In October 2001, they met u-co, a drummer who had been in the band since high school and had moved to Tokyo from Osaka two years earlier, and they hit it off. After that, they have been performing live constantly and released their 2nd album "SKIRT" on November 13, 2002.
