Description

[Machine Translation] Yuri Ibuki's "Akachochin no Uta" (Poem of the Red Chouchin) is released to commemorate the 45th anniversary of Hiroyuki Nakagawa's composing career! This work was originally released in 1998 under the name "Mahohana Yuri", but due to the many requests from fans, it has been re-released as a maxi-single! The world depicted by the two masters, lyrics by Toyohisa Araki and music by Hiroyuki Nakagawa, beautifully expresses the sad state of mind of a woman who tells her heartbreak to an "uncle" at an aka-chochi (red lantern) stall. The coupling song "Hananusubito" is a cover of Sachiko Murakami's "Hananusubito," which was released in July 2009, 20 years after her death.
