Tributelogy

[Machine Translation] This is the long-awaited third progressive rock cover album by the Morgore Quartet, one of Japan's leading string quartets, which has released "The Psychopaths of the 21st Century" (2012) and "The Atomic Mother Crisis" (2014) to great acclaim. The quartet's passionate and eclectic arrangements and performances have made them a household name not only in Japan but around the world. However, Keith suddenly passed away just before the concert. At the funeral, Morgore recorded Keith's new song "After All of This" at short notice, which was to be played at the concert in Japan, and it was played at the service. This disc is centered around the recording that was played at Keith's funeral, and is composed of all the songs by ELP and Keith Emerson, including ELP's epic "Tarkas". The quartet, one of the best in the Far East, dedicates this memorial disc to the great synth god. The most notable track is "Tarkas". This is a symphonic masterpiece that shines brilliantly in the history of prog rock, and Takashi Yoshimatsu arranged the orchestral version of this classical prog rock masterpiece, which became the talk of the town. The arrangement of "Tarkas" is a superb performance that brings out the true romanticism and the exquisite structure of this work like a miniature painting.
