[Machine Translation] After a 10-year long serialization in Young Ace (published by KADOKAWA), the hit coming-of-age manga "Nanamaru Sambatsu" (original story by Ikura Sugimoto) recently came to its conclusion in the November 2020 issue. The passionate storyline about a high school quiz competition became a hot topic as a cultural royal road sporting event, and following the anime adaptation in 2017, it was adapted for the stage twice in 2018 and 2019 by a young cast including Yukito Nishii and Ayane Suzuki (Nogizaka46). The past two productions of "Gachi-Quiz Battle without a script," a quiz battle in which the content of the quiz changes every stage, were realized in collaboration with the popular theater company "Europa Kikaku," and both have been very well received. This year's production is also written and directed by Michihiro Otoshi of the popular theater company "Europa Kikaku". This is an original story that leads to the final episode, which was never depicted in the original work. The audience participation type "cheering performance" technique was incorporated into the play, and the curtain was closed with loud cheering.
