Live with Britten Sinfonia

[Machine Translation] Jaga Jazzist is a nine-member group that has carved its name into music history as a Norwegian treasure and is now immensely popular as a national band. They have been gaining a lot of support from a wide range of music fans here in Japan as well, performing at Fuji Rock '10 and at Tokyo Jazz last year, and they are releasing their first live album "LIVE WITH BRITTEN SINFONIA" in Japan! This time, the band has been offered the opportunity to perform with the Britten Sinfonia, one of the world's leading symphony orchestras and two-time winner of the Royal Philharmonic Society Award. This album is the best of the best, featuring songs from their latest album "ONE-ARMED BANDIT" engineered by John McEntire, as well as popular songs and a new song "Prungen". The album is a psychedelic masterpiece, drawing on a vast array of references to Miles Davis' "Aranjuez Concerto" and "Live Evil," Philip Glass, Steve Reich, Bernard Herrmann, and many others, and creating diverse landscapes as the songs and sequences change. !!!! Experience the true essence of Jaga Jazzist, a whirlwind of thick band ensembles, magnificent orchestras, and meticulous electronics: !!!!
